From 2022–2025, we removed 9,726 pounds of litter from Rochester. This year alone, we have already eclipsed 10,000 pounds removed city wide, which is more than we collected in the previous four years combined.

Walking For Rochester is a growing network of group and individual volunteers who report and remove litter throughout Rochester, NY. With more than 400 volunteers, we are turning Rochester into the central hub of a litter revolution. We are no longer willing to accept litter as the standard.
