We are proud to announce that the Walking For Rochester mobile app for iOS (iPhones) is in beta testing! We are putting the last touches on the app and can commit to saying that we will be launching it by the end of this month!
Walking For Rochester is a grassroots nonprofit. All staff members are volunteers, including our board, technological administrators, and app developers. We are committed to one simple idea: a litter free Rochester, NY.
When this app becomes available to all, it needs to be used as the central hub for litter behavior. Whether you spot litter, or remove it, it needs to be documented through this app.
We are not the only organization that runs cleanups, but this app needs to be used by all in order to effectively track the behavior of litter in Rochester, NY.
